Booking and Payments

All service bookings are subject to confirmation by our team. Prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

frost-hawk reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet's health, behaviour, and any special requirements
• Ensure your pet is up to date with vaccinations as required
• Provide necessary supplies for your pet's care (food, medications, etc.)
• Disclose any known aggressive behaviour or health conditions
• Provide emergency contact information

Limitation of Liability

frost-hawk takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Injuries or illness that occur despite reasonable care
• Pre-existing health conditions
• Damage caused by the pet to third parties or property
• Loss of personal items left with pets

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We strongly recommend pet insurance for comprehensive coverage.
