How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for regular services. For holiday periods, please book at least two weeks ahead as these times fill quickly.
What if my pet has special medical needs?
We are experienced in caring for pets with various medical conditions. Please provide detailed information about your pet's needs when booking, and we will ensure the appropriate team member is assigned.
Do you offer meet-and-greet sessions?
Yes, we offer complimentary meet-and-greet sessions for new clients. This allows your pet to become familiar with their carer before the first service.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 50% service fee.
